West Paw's Zogoflex® and Seaflex® products are BPA-free, phthalate-free, latex-free, and non-toxic. We use material and processes that are US FDA-compliant to the human food packaging standard, CFR 21-177 (ecfr.gov). West Paw toys are sold around the world so we also have our toys tested against the European Child Toy Safety Standard, Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC).
West Paw chose fabric for our plush toys and beds that were certified safe by Oeko-Tex, an International textile safety certification body that tests for over 100 known allergens and toxic chemicals. All our fabric toys also pass the European Child Toy Safety Standard, (2009/48/EC).
We always recommend supervised play with your pup. If you notice any damage or missing pieces, we advise taking the toy away and no longer allowing them to play with it.
