Return or Exchange a Product

At West Paw, we want you to be happy with our products and if you're not, we want to make it easy for you to exchange or return them.

Returns:
West Paw accepts returns or exchanges for any item ordered from us directly. If you purchased an item with one of our retailers, including amazon.com, please follow up with them to facilitate a return or exchange.

1. Mail your return(s) back to us with a copy of your West Paw packing slip to:

*Please note, West Paw only provides pre-paid return labels in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

2. Upon receiving your return in satisfactory condition, we will promptly process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different product
1. Place a new order on our website for the replacement product.

2. Contact our Customer Experience team at Contact Us.

  • Please mark your Category as "Order Issue" and Subject as "Exchange (Original Order Number)."
  • Provide any relevant details regarding your exchange as well as your New Order Number in the "What can we help you with?" section.
3. We will respond over email with a return label for you to use for shipping the product back to us.

4. Upon receiving your return in satisfactory condition, we will promptly process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Defects:
We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If something seems amiss, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a replacement.
