Shipping Expectations

Check your email for our automated order confirmation and shipment tracking emails. We will send your tracking number and carrier information as soon as it becomes available.

It can take up to 4 days for your order to process and ship. If you have accidentally opted out of our email list or if you have any other questions, please fill out the Contact Us Form at the top of this page for further assistance.

Once your package has left our warehouse, the carrier's tracking information is the only update we can provide. If you notice that your tracking number has not shown any movement for a few days or if you have concerns about your package potentially being lost in transit, please reach out to us through the Contact Us Form. We are here to assist you and work together on finding a solution.

Domestic Shipping Options:
During the checkout process you’ll have the option to choose between Standard shipping or FedEx 2-Day. Choose the shipping option that best fits your needs and budget. Upon shipping your order, you will get an email with the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 | Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
West Paw offers a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 for non-wholesale orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. All shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS (unless expedited) and typically arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on your distance from our Warehouse in Bozeman, MT. This flat rate applies only to residential addresses in the contiguous U.S.and is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or wholesale/retailer orders.

Important notice regarding expedited shipping services: Orders placed after 10:30am MST will ship the following business day (essentially adding one business day to the shipping time). For example, if you choose "FedEx 2-Day" after 10:30 a.m. MST on Tuesday, your order may not actually ship out of our facility until Wednesday. It will be in transit for two days, arriving Friday.

Retail Shipping Options:

International Orders:
West Paw does not ship international orders directly to consumers. Retailers please be aware that any taxes, duties, and fees are NOT included with your shipping quote and will either be added to your order or become your responsibility upon receipt of your package.
